Darren's book Lamington's & Lemon Tart was releasd in 2017 and has gone on to sell over 10,000 copies but until now it has not been availalble as a digital download.

This class includes one of the very first downloads of the 260 page book in full. The book comes complete with stunning food photography from acclaimed photographer Patricia Niven and includes so many amazing but achievable recipes and dishes from Darren's repertoire.

The E-Book will be sent out on Friday 26th November.

Remember, like all of Darren's demo only classes this is not designed to be a cook along. Put the kettle on and watch Darren do his thing and then feel free to make your own creations after class at your leisure.

This class will be livestreamed on Zoom and is a one off broadcast. It is not designed to be replayed and you need to be available at 2pm AEST on Sunday 28th November.
