Who qualifies as a FOOD HERO? Well they could be a chef, a producer, content creator or anything at all related to food, it could even be that dinner lady at school!
‘FOOD HERO’ is our NEW show broadcast on B&P channels.
First we are starting a limited series of Instagram LIVE shows where @cathclaringbold and myself will talk to a FOOD HERO of ours and discuss their life and love of food and anything else interesting. We will also ask our guest who is their FOOD HERO and why.
Our first guest is award winning photographer Patricia Niven. Patricia takes breathtaking food photography and I was lucky enough to have her shoot my book Lamingtons & Lemon Tart.
