Iconic Aussie soap Neighbours is ceasing production this week with the final scenes being shot on Friday 10th June.

At B&P we are proud to have had such a special and longstanding relationship with the show. Not a lot of people know this but Darren has appeared as himself in a few episodes of the soap and we have had a whole episode dedicated to B&P Sweet Studio, but the fun facts do not end there...

If you look carefully in Harold's Store on the show, you might spot some of our products on the shop shelves. Our chocolate bars, curds, salted caramel and choc pops are on show and have been used many times as actual props in scenes.

We have been stocked at Harold's for a number of years now and we always think it is fun that the only two streets in the world that you can buy our products are on Chapel and Ramsay streets!

More Neighbours TV trivia for you, if there is a scene with a character reading a cookbook then they are always reading Darren's books and copies of Sweet Studio, Lamingtons & Lemon Tart as well as Darren's Chef's Eat series are often seen on benches and book cases and used in scenes.

Darren has also appeared as a prize for an auction on the show and eagle eyed spotters may have seen him on TV's in the background on scenes.

We were honoured to create a magical B&P dessert station when the show celebrated 30 years a while back, here are a couple of shots of the day.
