Hi all... Well what a time! We’ve been missing you so much but we’re thrilled to share some exciting news.

It’s been just over two weeks since an emotional last day as Burch & Purchese Sweet Studio closed its doors for the very last time. It already seems so surreal but we have been cooking up a new and exciting brand to enable us to bring you more food, more delicious recipes and more kitchen fun.

Moving forward, Studio Kitchen will be the new identity for all of our culinary creations, and we hope you’ll stick around and enjoy the ride with us.

Here is a sneak peek of our snazzy new logo... as you have seen our identity is slowly changing over and you will see this in newsletters and on our social media channels in the coming weeks and months. We will continue to use this website while www.studiokitchen.com.au is being built.

At Studio Kitchen it is all about baking, cooking, whipping and icing but this time it's not just sweet, but savoury as well. What is Studio Kitchen? Well, it is an idea that had started a while ago, a sort of solution to other ideas that we have had. Other ideas that didn't quite fit into the B&P mould. Studio Kitchen can be, and WILL be many things; some of them at once and some stand alone. We may hold LIVE cooking classes, we will have pop up bake sales. There will be recipes, video tutorials and much more but one thing is certain; we will continue to create innovative and mouth-watering dishes both sweet and savoury. So, keep an eye out for all the amazing things that we have in store and get ready for some serious foodie fun in the months to come.

As of today our newsletters will go under the Studio Kitchen brand and we are still in our kitchen in South Yarra for now. A couple of pop up sales have been planned with the first one celebrating the King's Coronation and Mother's Day will follow closely after that. Our bake sales will showcase new dishes that are relevant to the Studio Kitchen brand but look out for a few B&P classics thrown in there as well.

We wanted to take a moment to express our deepest gratitude for your incredible support during our final days of operation. The overwhelming response we received from all of you was truly heart-warming, and we were touched by the outpouring of love and appreciation.

We cannot thank you enough for the orders you placed, the special stories you shared with us, and the thoughtful gifts you gave us. Your support and loyalty throughout the years have been the driving force behind our success, and we are forever grateful for the opportunity to serve you.

Finally, we would like to express our appreciation to our incredible team, Carla, Dewi and Laura who worked tirelessly to provide exceptional service to our customers. We could not have achieved the success we did without their dedication, hard work, and passion for what we do.

Thank you again for everything. It was such and amazing time that we never forget...

But now it's time for something new!
